Academics:
I began my academic journey in 2012, enrolling at the University of São Paulo (USP), where I graduated in Materials Engineering in 2017. Subsequently, I pursued my Master's in Materials Engineering and Science at the same institution, completing it in 2019. During this period, my research focus was on the defect structure of the compounds Cr5Si3 and Cr5B3, utilizing X-ray diffraction techniques and ab-initio methods. In 2019, I embarked on an international experience by enrolling in the Doctorate in Materials Science at Université de Lorraine, UL (Nancy-Univ), in France, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Émilie Gaudry. My doctoral thesis, titled "Complex intermetallic surfaces under operando conditions: theoretical investigation at the atomic scale," involved a theoretical investigation at the atomic level of the surface properties of quasicrystalline oxides and complex In2O3 oxides on a PdIn support. I am currently pursuing my postdoctoral research at the Institute of Chemistry at UNICAMP under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Miguel San-Miguel.
