M.Sc Daniel Adrian Lopez de Andrade


Academics:
Daniel Adrian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technological Chemistry from the University of Campinas (2022) and a Master’s degree in Solid-State Computational Chemistry (2025). He is currently pursuing a PhD in Chemistry, with research focused on the development of sustainable synthetic routes for polymers using alkaline bicarbonates derived from CO2 capture. He began his scientific career in 2019 through an undergraduate research project on the synthesis of chiral ligands for copper complexes applied in asymmetric reactions. In 2023, he also worked as a petroleum analyst at a multinational company. His research interests include sustainable synthesis, computational chemistry, and the development of new materials and chemical processes
